My only complaint is that there was not a chair in the room or much counter space.

The shower had grimey tile and the door would not close on the shower. It leaked water all over the bathroom floor. The receptionist was very helpful and provided extra towels, but it was still somewhat unpleasant.

Hotel was clean and located close to the center of town making nearly everything walkable. My only critique is that the room was very small. Very little room to put your suitcases and the bathroom was very, very small. Overall nice place.

An extremely helpful staff and hotel. The room was exactly as advertised. Brilliantly central for all the galleries and good connections to the Metro and bus routes. The room was the perfect size given we were out so much and the bed was very comfortable.

I liked a lot of things about this hotel. The location is good as it is very close to the Louvre and not too far of a walk to Notre Dame. It is tucked away from the busy touristy areas. We thought we were getting a Family room which was supposed to be two rooms adjacent or in front of each other but that was not the case. I booked well in advance. Our daughters were on another floor but seeing that they are 15 and 23, this was not a huge problem. I am not sure how they would have worked it out had they been younger since the hotel was completely booked. The management gave us a small bottle of champagne to compensate for this which was a very nice gesture. Our room was super tiny, room 409. The bed is pressed up against one wall and there was nowhere for me to put any personal items as there is only one surface and it is occupied with the phone and coffee station. Our daughters’ room, room 308, was ever-so-slightly larger but a lot brighter as ours only had the tiniest window looking out at a wall. We also did not have enough room to open our luggage as there was room for only one suitcase. Our friends had a suite on the fifth floor, 506, and they said it was fairly spacious. I would want to stay in a suite the next time. I really liked the lobby as it had a nice mid-century modern feel to it and the breakfast ⁄ honesty bar area looked nice too. We had our complimentary bottle of champagne there and it was welcoming. Giada and Alice at check-in are very accommodating as well. Overall, I would recommend this hotel but I would suggest upgrading to the largest room category.
